
Lee Bouche
President and Owner of ERC
Lee has worked in the field of Employee Assistance since 1983
and founded Employee Resource Center, Inc. (ERC) in 1992. Over
those years Lee has built relationships with over 300 corporate
customers covering approximately 75,000 employees.
Lee is an accomplished trainer, team facilitator and leadership
coach. In addition Lee consults with ERC customers on issues
relating to change management, team building, leadership
development, employee engagement and workplace climate initiatives.
Building on his experience and role as a business owner and
President, Lee brings a special perspective in coaching other
business owners and senior leaders.
Lee has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and is a Certified
Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). He is trained and
qualified in utilizing the Hogan Assessment and the Drake IPM
instruments.
Lois Swanson
Organizational Consultant
Lois has over 20 years of experience as a leader in the
non-profit sector. She has extensive training in systems theory and
its application to organizations. Lois has a strong interest in
coaching and supporting leaders and teams who want to thrive rather
than just survive as they face changes and challenges. She has used
a Systems orientation to assist leaders in increasing their
effectiveness at work and in the community.
Lois received a Master of Divinity degree from McCormick
Theological Seminary and a Master of Social Work degree from the
University of Minnesota.

Charles LaTorre
Organizational Consultant
Charles is the Director of Organizational Consultation at ERC.
He has worked with a variety of organizations nationally,
regionally, and within the northeastern Wisconsin area. He is
trained in a number of organizational assessment tools, including
the Hogan Personality Inventory. He has a strong interest and focus
in individual and team coaching, organizational effectiveness,
performance and leader development. He is trained in the Corporate
Athlete model at the Human Performance Institute, and, as a result,
works with organizations to reach the pinnacle of their
effectiveness and achieve sustained maximal performance.
Charles has a Master's degree in Social Work from the University
of Houston Graduate School of Social Work.

Harry Deets
Organizational Consultant
Harry has been the Location Leader for ERC's Wausau, Stevens
Point, and Marshfield locations since April of 2005. He has an MSW
degree from Loyola University of Chicago, as well as post-graduate
training in marriage and family therapy. Harry has over 25 years of
mental health counseling experience, and 6 years of experience
doing organizational work, including workplace consultations,
trainings, and manager and physician coaching.
Harry has an interest in developing leaders and helping them
create a healthier work environment. He is comfortable assisting
teams in addressing difficult relationship issues in the workplace,
with the goal of establishing a more collaborative team
environment. He would be happy to discuss your particular work
